I kind of feel bad putting these up as recipes as I kind of just threw things into a blender and made a smoothie. I have a couple of variations that make a fairly regular appearance in our house 🙂 Enjoy 🙂 The third option is to freeze your smoothie to make and ice block 🙂
½ C frozen blueberries (or any other berry)
2 ½ C coconut/almond/soy/regular milk, or coconut water or a combination of some of these
1Tbsp LSA (or almonds, sunflower seeds or flaxseeds)
optional add-ins: cocoa nibs, coconut or regular yoghurt, grated zucchini, 1/2C spinach leaves
Put all of the ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth (usually around 2mins). Pour into a smoothie jar/shaker and serve with extra cocoa nibs and yoghurt if desired.
1 C frozen berries
2tsp nut butter of choice
1 scoop protein powder (optional)
2-3C milk of choiceoptional add-ins: cocoa nibs, coconut or regular yoghurt, grated zucchini, 1/2C spinach leaves
Same as other option: blend together in a blender or food processor until smooth.
Make your smoothie, put them into molds and freeze. So good in summer!!
